Exciting news! Rambling Roots Academy is set to open its doors in early January 2025. Stay tuned for more updates as we count down to this exciting new chapter!
Our curriculum will be a vibrant blend of Montessori principles and farm-inspired learning. We are dedicated to fostering an environment where children thrive through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. By immersing them in a rich, natural setting, we encourage curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
In addition to embracing the wonders of nature, our program will focus on essential subjects such as science, reading and writing, and math. Through engaging activities and real-world applications, we will cultivate critical thinking skills and a deep understanding of these foundational areas. Our approach emphasizes discovery and individualized learning, allowing children to develop both academically and personally while forging a lasting connection to the world around them.
Rambling Roots Academy will welcome a cozy group of 12 children for our inaugural enrollment.
We will be welcoming children aged 3 to 7 years old. To ensure a smooth transition, children should be potty trained and require only minimal assistance. If your child is younger than three and you’re interested in our program, we’d love to connect with you. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your needs and explore potential opportunities.
We do not provide meals, so please ensure your child has breakfast before arriving at school. We will, however, provide a snack each day. Click the link below to view our delicious snack menu! We gladly welcome snack donations.
Absolutely, there are numerous opportunities for parents to volunteer! You can read to the students, engage in fun craft activities, or assist with outdoor playtime. Additionally, you might help organize special events, lead nature walks, or participate in classroom projects. We value parent involvement and look forward to your contributions!
We ask that your child brings a labeled water bottle, the designated folder given to you, a change of clothes, and, if possible, an extra pair of shoes.
